it's the great pumpkin, charlie brown

last week V went on a field trip to a pumpkin patch...the church where they went sent home a flyer saying that sunday evening they were going to be showing "it's the great pumpkin, charlie brown" outside in the pumpkin patch and everyone was invited to come watch it. i thought that sounded like a fun night! so sunday we got our blanket and some drinks and headed up to the church. when we got there i was surprised to learn they had free popcorn, hot dogs, and drinks for everyone! it was so nice to see so many families come out...and all the kids running around the pumpkin patch was a nice sight. besides all the pesky mesquites we had a blast and will definitely be back next year!!!
