my first ever scrapbook page

i have been wanting to start scrapbooking forever. i just never seem to put any time aside to do it. well this weekend i didn't have anything going on so i decided to give it a try. i only had a few pics at home because i tend to just download them to the computer and never print them out...the only pics i had were some from the hospital when V was born. i figured that would be a good first page to start with. so off i go to hobby lobby. i honestly didn't realize how much scrapbooking stuff there is...for someone with no clue it was very overwhelming....i didn't know where to start! so i grabbed a scrapbook guide book and figured out what kind of supplies i would need and some general information about the papers and layouts. after i finally get all my supplies i head home. i know this page may not seem like alot but it took me FOREVER to do...lmao. and i still didn't finish it. you can see a square blank pink paper by the middle picture...i want to put her dob, weight, and height there. but i am going to keep at it and hopefully i will get faster. for all of you "professional" scrapbookers that read this please don't laugh at what you are fixing to see. ; )
